Myself and Abbie have created a time plan in a website we got told about called Tom's Planner. It is only a vague schedule as we don't know what may or may come up during this time. Hopefully we will be able to stick to it as best we can so that we don't fall behind.
Having a schedule like this allows us to keep checking where we should be at in our project. It means we will have this as motivation not to fall off track and have to catch up on loads of work. We carefully thought out what time we would give ourselves for specific parts of the project and we gave ourselves enough time to make sure it was actually complete. We sectioned the schedule into different parts; Pre-production, Production of Ancillary tasks, Production of Music video and Evaluation.
